Our Veterinary Hospital engaged Vetlink to source a new Veterinarian, which we secured and paid a substantial fee to Vetlink; but she ended up not being what she promised to be and has since left. When we contacted Vetlink to discuss her early departure, they couldn't care less, no offer to assist finding a new Veterinarian (not even for a fee).
Our opinion is they are just after the money and have no after sales service. Ourselves or our Veterinarian were not contacted by Vetlink during the settling in period. Once they got their money they were gone.
I suggest Veterinarians and Veterinary employers by-pass Vetlink. There are much better options out there such as Kookaburra or the AVA employment service.
