Big shoutout to James and Ben, and the rest of the team. From the beginning James was incredibly helpful and answered the many questions I had without complaint, he was clear and concise in his communications. The team were also very accommodating over my timelines as I was travelling. Once the job started Ben was on time daily and always left the work is a tidy and well thought through manner. He was also very helpful and often send me recommendations and screenshots of which items I needed. They took instruction incredibly well and gave sound advice too. I have been extremely pleased with my experience with the team and look forward to working with them again! James heads up an amazing team at NBG. Ivan came up with an amazing concept for a space we thought did not have much potential. They exceeded our requirements for the space with a beautiful concept. The quote for the works was more than expected but now that the final product is done, it is absolutely worth it. This is truly quality work and you pay for quality. The teams excellent communications, punctuality, meticulous hard work and tidiness is impressive in this day and age where quality is dubious. I chose NBG because of the works displayed on their website and am delighted that my garden looks as great as their examples. I would happily use NBG again in future. It has been amazing experience to observe our landscaping transformation within 10 weeks. We were so fortunate to engage the NBG team to implement a complex design touching many landscaping elements. The quality of deliverables and finishes make our home stood out on the street. James introduced creative ideas and modern concepts to the alternations of front fence, fretwork and patio, and design a modern garage door and footpath layout. We are impressed with the whole team work ethic and professionalism to implement the design with quality deliverables and exceed our expectation. A big thank you to James, Ivan, Tom, Luke and the rest of the team from NBG for the wonderful work making our dream backyard come to life. We had a 3 tiered backyard that required a fair bit of excavation and limited side access and the team took it in their stride. From start to finish NBG were extremely responsive, professional, punctual, clear communicators, very tidy, hard working and passionate about landscaping. All of this was shown in the quality of workmanship and pride each and every member of the team had with their craft. Having a young family and very busy schedules we needed a team that would make the process seamless and minimal hassle end to end. This is exactly what we got at NBG, whether it was dealing with suppliers, unpredictable Sydney weather, style tips, and going the extra distance visiting showrooms and sending pics interpreting our ideas. We couldnt recommend NBG landscapes more, from the start of our experience James was extremely efficient in getting back to us. After shopping around with numerous landscape design companies and being frustrated with the time wasted chasing up people. Our project was done on time within budget and the results were beyond our dreams. We could never have envisioned our backyard turning out like it did, we had a very awkward and unusable space and it was really hard for us to imagine it being a functional backyard, however the design team brought the dream to life, the carpenters did the most exceptional job and had the most amazing craftsmanship and skills and the landscape team had a passion for plants and bringing the final vision to life. Along with the amazing skills the team were also lovely people to deal with and James has to be one of the most organised and efficient business owners I have ever come across. We cant thank you enough NBG landscapes!
