        Extremely slow and not happy about the extent they covered of the claim. Would not use again and feel they don't cover obvious things so check through your insurance very carefully before using them, or better yet go elsewhere.

        Cheap but hard to know if you are getting what you think you paid for as the PDS is overly verbose and complex. Full of exclusions, buts and ifs etc. But then all the others are the same. Read at least 4 times and still feel uncertain. Wish someone would sell unbundled policies eg. Medical only, cancellation only, travel delay only. Much more honest and understandable this way.
