        BEWARE! WATCH OUT! Beware this company scam you and you cant even call them! Have tried calling them today at lunch and the call says please call back between business hours Monday to Friday. Took out a policy and was sent a discount code to Klook. Klook says the code has been expired for months. Company is a scam! Buyer Beware!

        Aside from the website not being super user friendly, this company has ignored me on multiple occasions regarding a claim I made earlier this year. Cant even get a response from them or my money for illness that happened overseas which Im hundreds out of pocket for. Edit: After posting this review theh got back to me and reimbursed about 2/3 of the costs

        Seems to be great deal. Don't travel till Sept 23. However don't understand why an existing condition makes the premium dearer, when a claim wouldn't processed most likely. Hip replacement without any issues, better than prior, but it added to the price. Having said all that, it seems to be a good policy.

        It was really easy to get a quote and proceed with getting insurance. Thankfully I didn't have to use it, which unfortunately means I can't comment on the claims process, but we would use again in the future.
