        This company would rather sack a worker than deal with a manager who bullies and harasses the staff member. During a meeting they did not advise they had someone taking notes which is against every HR procedure. When the sacked person ask them to fill in a Centrelink form so he could claim unemployment they completely ghosted him. If you want to work with this company make sure you join the union first. However, I would avoid working for them like the plague.
