My husband and I contacted Ayda after listening to her on a podcast. We were seeking advice on how to buy a property in the Sydney market and whether it was the best option for us. Ayda sat down with us, asked us what our financial & lifestyle goals were in the near and far future. She was then able to tailor a property roadmap that was personalised to our situation and goals. I learnt more about property investment & finances from Ayda in 2 months than I had done in the last 30 years. I went from knowing nothing about property investment to buying my first property, within two months. Ayda has opened my eyes to a whole new world and helped me understand how I can successfully grow my investment portfolio. The communication and general support from Ayda through the process was second to none, she was always willing to invest time in helping me, answering all my questions and reassuring me. The information that was provided was always very thorough and you could tell a significant amount of work was done to input into the documents and number crunching. She always went the extra mile. I completed a 2 hour one on one session with Ayda Shabanz and it was extremely valuable. She digs deep into who you are as a person so she can best understand you and your drivers in order to give you the best advice and guidance. Ayda has extensive knowledge in business and in many industries. I have engaged other Business coaches in the past that were not useful. I was blown away with her knowledge around Finances and cashflows and how much she taught me in just 2 hours. I left with a clearer vision of where I want to be and what steps i need to take to achieve my goals. Looking forward to continuing our sessions. I met Ayda last year at a workshop she was holding in Brisbane (which filled me with such confidence and hope just FYI), and since then never regretted my decision to get Ayda aboard and let her work her magic in my financial life. My goals were simple; 1. Wanted my own investment property, and 2. Wanted a better cash flow budget. Within a couple of months her footprint was obvious. I was no longer hoping and saying yeah, Ill get there one day...just need to save up. No- I was actually beginning to realise that this is it! And its most defiantly happening. I met Ayda at a women in business function earlier this year and was so inspired by her speech I decided to investigate the option of having her as my mentor for my small makeup and beauty business. The one thing I loved about Ayda's approach is that she had a conversation with me first to see if we were a good fit together, rather than trying to sell me and just take my money. When I first met her I was in serious personal debt, I had no direction, no plans or strategies in place, the back end of my business had no structure (I wasn't really giving it any attention) and I was just going with the flow and flying blind. I was spending alot of money on marketing campaigns and online business courses that just weren't working for me and I was falling behind in my studies. So basically I was a mess. After 6 months of working with her my personal finances are in order, I have a purpose, the back end of my business is aligned with my goals, I have direction, I am smashing my studies and we have begun implementing marketing campaigns. Ayda is not just a business mentor. To me she is more like a life coach. She doesn't just help to make your business more efficient and successful, she works with you to motivate and support you to become the best version of yourself. I would highly recommend her services to anyone who has a big or small business. Ayda has honestly changed my entire life in the last 6 months, I am so grateful that I found her as she is the best investment I have ever made.
