As a new author, I had a lot to learn about printing paperbacks and how lucky was I to find Goliath on the internet search engine! Michael was incredibly helpful with his friendly manner, industry knowledge and expertise, and his generosity in providing professional advice to a novice publisher. Once my order was placed - about 11 am on a Friday morning - the whole process flowed seamlessly. In a classic case of under-promise/over-deliver, the order was completed a full 24 hours ahead of schedule, with my books delivered to my doorstep before noon on the following Tuesday. Imagine my excitement! The books look beautiful; the paper not only looks great, but feels so good to the touch; the pages are securely glued to the spine - they're not going anywhere! Not only a beautiful product, but excellent service! And ... the price was more than competitive with other book-industry printers. Win - Win - Win! I cannot recommend them highly enough! I had an excellent experience dealing with Michael from Goliath Digital Printing. His outstanding customer service and professional respond was second to none.
