Such a fantastic dentist

I was travelling with my family at the time when I had to make an urgent appointment when we arrived at Sydney on 03.01.2023. I was in lots of pain and the right face was swollen. Due to Christmas and New Year, I had been in pain for days. I was lucky to find Star Dentistry Pyrmont near our hotel. The service of Emergency Appointment on the website made booking so easy. The response was fast and I was able to get an appointment the next day. Dr Lisa was my treating dentist and I was lucky to have her. She was friendly, patient, very thorough, knowledgeable and experienced. Dr Lisa may look young but certainly knew what she was doing. She took time to explain to me what had happened, what she was doing and what future treatment I would need. With her help, I was able to finish the road trip with my family. The great service did not stop here. Dr Lisa kindly agreed to release the X-ray and her notes after signing the Consent to me, so I could send them to my dentist in WA who could continue treatment upon my return. If we lived in Sydney, I would, without any hesitation, choose Dr Lisa as our family dentist.

Great reception, great service. I have been there more than 5 times in the past, no issues or complications I ever experienced. The best part is when Richard explains the whole thing thoroughly before and after.
