***SCAM SCAM SCAM*** The event was cancelled over 2 years ago and Australia's boarders have now been open for a year without any intention of rescheduling the event. I have written 3 times now for a refund as have left Melbourne without any response from the company. ***The response below stated they had emailed me a ticket which is false. Due to the lack of correspondence I contacted the company and was told I had been added to the mailing list. Over 3 years on im still to receive any updates. They also stated that Tony will be hear in September 2023 but the website doesn't list a NAC Melbourne event.

I purchased Tony Robbins tickets for UPW 2019. When I contacted their office to request a refund or discuss transferring the tickets as I had a funeral to attend, I was passed on to several different people and was told that I couldn't get a refund or transfer the ticket to someone else and that I should attend as the UPW would change my life. I was then put on complimentary ticket for 2020 which did not go ahead due to COVID and every time I've tried to contact this company, I have to make an appointment for a call back. I am over $6k out of pocket and I have not attended any virtual sessions and continue to find the contact methods of this organisation challenging and frustrating. It's been 4 years! I'd like my refund and I will no longer accept any other response but that my refund is granted. Would never book again and I am appalled that this is the organisation that Tony uses for his Australian tours. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND! My review is obviously not unique with the many 1 star reviews already posted. Perhaps legal action required in this instance with so many people in this very situation and although SR have records of emails and contacts to so many, they continue to use the excuse that the tickets purchased are for seminars that have not been cancelled but were "postponed". It's time for you to refund people their money.

Zero Stars, we purchased tickets to Tony Robbins Date with Destiny in 2019 to attend in 2020, Success Resources don't want to know about it, they won't refund us our $9000 NZ even though in the contract it says if after 3 years they will refund money, apparently they have changed their contract to say 5 years. They are rude and unhelpful, will only let us email them not phone them. I'm sure you've noticed that you can't call the number on their website it goes straight to answer phone. We use to be able to call and get through and now we can't because they can't deal with all the call from very very unhappy customers that want them to do the right thing by giving refunds. They owe thousands of dollars to hundreds of people but keep brushing us off. Please don't book anything through these people they do not stick to their word. I was promised a money back guarantee by Les who worked for Success Resources many time before i paid our money. Our flights our accommodation was all non refundable, but both Air New Zealand and Sofitel gve use full refunds, the only company that hasn't is these guys.

Like many, there has been no refund. I am glad to see this showing up on the news stating that Tony wanted Success Resources to refund customers back in 2020, but I guess Success Resources wanted to keep the money. Also them refusing to talk is not a good sign at all. Careful with this business, a lot of talk.
