        I don't understand how this company remains in business. They don't answer emails, the head office and some stores don't answer their phones. Thank you to the lady at Strandbags Wetherill Park for answering the phone. Tried the Bankstown store for 3 hours. Worst of all, not all of the Strandbag stores carry the same stock.

        I love shopping on this store for such a long time and the customer service is superb.. BUT not this staff at Parramatta store.. NOT friendly at all and the tone is VERY AGGRESSIVE as if she is at war, NO skill in handling customer, must be send back and be train.. calling Strandbag Management
