I have suffered with reoccurring lower back pain, after sustaining lumbar bone fracture as a teenager. I have tried various treatments over the years, from pain relief, NSAIDS to acupuncture. The pain just kept returning. However since Im seeing Henry, the pain has gone and hasnt reappeared. Therefore my swimming performance gets better and Im stronger both physically and mentally. He has such a good hands! As well as Ellie is very friendly and has a great technique for adjustment. I am so thankful, I cant recommend them enough.

I am always scared about neck adjustments. Henry did a very good job to minimize my nervous emotion during the treatment. Fast and accurate is my experience while he is working on my spine. Ofcoz Henry also does muscle tension release and gave me homework to maintain my spine balance. BUT Henry has a good hand which is the key reason keep me visiting him every week. Henry is very busy, if you can't book Henry, Dr Elosie (Ellie) is another good option.

Went this morning and the kindness, professionalism and genuine concern for my well-being was a refreshing change of pace from other practices Ive been too. Couldnt hold this place in any higher regard, the staff are extremely knowledgeable, to hear them talk me though the procedure and identity the source of the problem was so calming for my own peace of mind and to feel a million bucks afterwards with exercise to do at home was truly awesome! 5 stars.
