It's been easy to get an appointment in a timely manner - whether that is in person, over the phone or even via video call. They also provide you with a clear list of things needed prior to your appointment. Aaron is always prompt in answering any questions I might have and clarifying things in a simple matter when they are unclear to me - before, during or after my appointment. I also really value how Aaron is able to provide guidance and recommendations on the best approach and limitations of what we can achieve with my tax return. And lastly they process my tax return in just matter of days. Not weeks. Highly recommend MacBride Hinton & Co!
