Motorest was highly recommended by a family friend, which is why we had high expectations about the service. I rang them and initially spoke to Seb, who promised he would send me a message after the call so I can send him my details and we can begin communicating on available vehicles. I didn't hear back, so I called again the following day. This time he got my number right, and I sent him my email address. A week later I still haven't heard back from him, so I followed it up again, only to be met by radio silence. A month later, still nothing from Motorest. Strange. It's not usual for businesses to ghost customers, usually it's the other way around! I suppose they have too much business on their plate and don't need any of mine!
