Poorly managed short term leasing complex. Parties at all hours of the night. Destruction of nearby property by party goers. Inadequate security. Ride sharing cars constantly double parking.

Pros: walk to Broadway, central station, Pitt street, town hall, etc just cuz. No more than 30 minutes. But the light rail is literally behind the building as well. And the bus stop is barely 5 minutes. Woolworths metro and coles are in 7 minutes walk. I can get to Darling Harbour in 15. Its the perfect place to live and not have a car. Anzac bridge is right outside my window. The sun sets over it and it is just lovely. Wentworth park is behind me and the fish market is in front of me. The apartment itself is a studio. Decent sized closet. I personally dont like this new design of shower that has no door but eh. But theres definitely enough storage for all the towels and hair stuff a woman could have. Great Miele appliances in the kitchen. Everything has worked since Ive been here. Cons: everything is white. Very hard to maintain. Per usual Australian design, not great ventilation for the dryer. Dust is constantly everywhere. I dont know the percentage, but a fair amount of these units are on Airbnb. Which means you cant keep up with who actually lives here and whos just visiting. When I do have people staying in the apartments around me, you can hear them. It also sounds like the person upstairs keeps walking up and down stairs. However, if their unit mirrors mine, there are no stairs. Parties are frequent even with Covid rules. I remember walking into the building to find at LEAST 13 people 22 and younger trying to get someone to let them back up the elevator. The apartments are outside and the gaps under the door can fit small children. Be sure to get a draught or youll be waking up in the middle of the night to find Australias largest cockroach on your wall. The exterminator has come once in the 4 months Ive been here. Im unsure of their frequency but Im not removing that draught until move out. Also the acoustics are cathedral worthy. You can hear everything done and said in the hallways, from the trash going down the chute to ppls drunken conversations. These inconsiderate people love to stand outside and tell their life story, completely disregarding the time. A LOT of street noise regardless if windows are opened or closed. Its like every motorcycle or souped up car in Sydney all decide to do a drive by at 2am. If you cant sleep through anything, these apartments are not for you. Fire alarm went off 3 times in one evening. This was last week. This is the first time Ive experienced that. Idk if it was some hoodlum but the firefighters came and disabled the faulty alarm. And lastly the first elevator sometimes randomly stops working. Lovely location but due to the amount of parties, I dont think this would be a place Id want to stay post Covid. Or, even in the summer. I can just imagine the noise, and for that it gets 3 stars
