We've always done our own marketing, so when we engaged Acquisition Studios to take over we were not sure if they would be able to do a better job, however, Tim and Jessica really listened to how we do business and made it a personal mission to genuinely improve our results. Tim and Jess have been extremely responsive to our needs and provide timely, efficient and specialised service and advice. Jess and Tim from Acquisition Studio are easy to work with. You can tell they have good structures in place because they offer consistent reporting and the ability to have regular catchups that are suitable to your working schedule as a client. They are thorough in their work, and educate you throughout the process, so you're learning as well. As we're in the finance industry, there are some challenges in the ad space, so, to be able to directly work with Jess for our account, we felt we were always in good hands. She is supported by a well-rounded and hard-working team that are ready to intervene whenever needed.

The guys at Acquisition Studio are great! Their approach is both professional and genuine and they are completely transparent about their methods. They refreshingly clear about what their specialty isn't - but are able to steer you in the right direction when needed. So incredibly helpful for small to medium businesses finding the right options in this complicated and ever-changing space! So easy to spend money on people who promise everything . I always know where our ad spend is going and what we are getting in return.
