Significant pathology missed on ultrasound. My GP referred me to another radiology clinic which cost me out of pocket expense, but it was entirely clear why you pay for what you get. Diagnosis was made quickly by clearly more experienced staff with some additional imaging done on site with no additional cost to confirm the issue.

"I recently had an ultrasound at Harbour Radiology, Pymble, and I wanted to share how impressed I was with the entire experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the waiting area was clean and comfortable. The radiology technician who performed my ultrasound was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the procedure to me and answer any questions I had. Throughout the exam, they made sure I was comfortable and informed of what was happening. The results were delivered to my doctor promptly, and I appreciated the efficient and thorough follow-up process. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of radiology services."
