        Mr David Ting came to my house during the pandemic to do some garden work. He was rude when he realised his car tyre was punctured in my driveway. I felt terrible for him, and I offered to help him to replace the tyre. He was rude throughout the time, as if it was my fault. I paid him for the call service, and he was meant to give me a quotation and return to my house another day. Neither he sent me the quote nor answered my call. It was insulting and unprofessional the way he treated me.
