During 2019 Leon and his team carried out significant renovation of our house in St Ives. We started the process with an outline design brief which Leon and Ben converted into initial design and cost estimates. The build involved demolition of floors and ceilings both downstairs and upstairs, removal of interior walls and rebuilding a large open plan layout with new kitchen, lounge area, dinning room, utility room, master bedroom and large ensuite. Over the entire process the team were totally supportive, both working to execute in a timely and to-cost manner but also going the extra mile to suggest and incorporate quality and creative features which really made a difference to the overall finished build. In a nutshell Leon and his team of professional craftsmen made our dream become a reality. They were always on time, stuck to commitments, worked within budget, fitted in the little extras that make all the difference and I can say were an absolute pleasure to work with, it was a fun process! Highly recommended
