I have visited this store a few times now and all of the team at LeLabo make you feel so welcome. I particularly love the intimacy of this store, its very unassuming but so cosy. The gentleman who served me was particularly helpful and took the time to explain suitable options for me. A must visit for those who want a memorable perfumery experience

Very disappointing to see very little customer service today when I tried to explain my situation to staff. I explained that the bottle broke after only two days of use and I wasn't expecting it to be so delicate. And although I wasn't expecting a brand new bottle, they didn't even bother to check my receipt to know I was being honest and this was a terrible accident only a week after purchase. They didn't even offer empathy in anyway by saying "once you leave is your problem" or offer a little sample as consolation. When I mentioned that I really felt heartbroken that they wouldn't look at the receipt or even offer a little sample, the man just gave me this attitude and said "fine, if you want one". No, I want a product that lasts. I've had many perfumes and have dropped them on the bathroom counter, and they have reliable packaging. I paid 145 dollars for 15ml. I would expect that at that price point, the packaging would not break so easily. So if you have shaky hands or want more reliable glass packaging maybe invest in a better product.
