I recently had the pleasure of dining at Busshari, an authentic Japanese restaurant located in Potts Point, and I must say it was a fantastic experience. My son Sebastian invited me to the restaurant, and we started our meal with a classic Japanese staple - miso soup. It was the perfect way to warm up our stomachs and prepare ourselves for the delicious meal ahead. For our appetizer, we tried the crispy soft shell crabs, and they were absolutely amazing. The crabs were perfectly cooked and had a crispy texture on the outside while being tender on the inside. To accompany our meal, we had some saki, which was expertly paired with our food. It was a great way to enhance the flavors of the dishes we were having. For our main course, we shared a spicy tuna roll with avocado, cucumber, and chili. The roll was incredibly fresh and had a great combination of flavors and textures. To finish off our meal, we had a glass of whiskey, which was a perfect way to cap off a fantastic dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend Busshari to anyone looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience. The food is amazing, the atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's definitely a must-visit restaurant for anyone in the Potts Point area
