I've stayed here twice and the toilet leaked in each room each time I stayed. The staff never fix anything when it breaks. The location of this place is good, but avoid it if possible. Try the Central Private Hotel on Elizabeth Street instead. Rooms : 5/2 | Service : 5/1 | Location : 5/4 More

I would Rate it 5/5 but im a honest person so i am going to rate it a 4/5 as the walls are a bit dirty and they cant really help the music down stairs which is just wrongly structured but Other then that the receptionist Donna has a nice personality and artistic and expressed nature and she gas helped me in a rough sisturation where i myself and my pet were homeless and as many places dont except pets she is very understanding with how life can be very unpredictable so other then the music downstairs and the walls its more then a 2 star id say 3 but it could be a 5/5 if they painted the walls again and made the bottom floor sound proofed but its okay its nothing when compared to sleeping homeless so thanks Donna for your curdisty so
