l arrived at 7pm to check in and I left my bags at reception because I had the car double parked, I asked her to check in and she told me when i come back from parking. I managed to park and I arrived at the reception at 7:50
pm. Even though I had a reservation for 12 days, they told me that I couldn't check-in because I was late and they left me in the street and they charged me the night anyway. disgusting, the "boss" treated me very badly, it was humiliating. really disgusting. disappointing place.
