Ben Padley is an outstanding dentist. Professional, skilful and compassionate. Manages dental nerves extremely well. All concerns and questions are treated respectfully and responses are comprehensive and useful. He creates a safe, friendly and supportive environment and then does his magic. Its changed my dental experiences for the better. The friendly and helpful Lois and the support team ensure all areas of interaction are friendly, supportive and helpful. Lois goes over and above in ensuring you secure an appointment in a timely manner, especially in an emergency or big issue and manages patients sense of urgency with best appointment options. Thank you team from me and the molars, youre wonderful.

Great Dentistry. The service is great and the staff is very nice! Dr Ben is a very experienced dentist and always direct you in the right way to how to improve your dental health :) If you dont have a dentist in Sydney give them a chance, you wont regret it! Top service

Avoid Dr Wayne Sherson at all costs. Deliberately drilled horizontal cracks into my teeth beneath my gumline to weaken the structure under the guise of "complimentary periondontal work" (after I paid thousands for two crowns) and failed to document any of this activity in compulsory dental notes (breach of Dental code and practice), to avoid evidence of this disgusting conduct. Have several of his man-made abfraction cracks beneath my gums now, which will cause later issues with my teeth, and likely expensive crown or root canal work - he had hoped to covet, but will never benefit from. Severe breach of ethics, trust and patient care, to fill his pockets with expensive dental work. I laugh at his recent website update where he advocates "Honesty. Integrity. Respect"!!! Australian Dental Association apparently endorsing him, by employing him for professional conferences. Dental industry in desperate need of transparency and accountability. Consumers beware.The Medical Error Action Groups advises Dr Sherson has been on its database for 10 years with numerous complaints! P.S. Is it not strange that the more you go to the dentist, the more work needs to be done on your teeth? Wayne Sherson also at the time advised I needed a filling immediately replaced, Three dentists over several years later all said nothing wrong, and the tooth and filling still completely fine.
