        Somewhat disappointment. I saw 4 staff, 1 on the phone, other 3 straining to keep heads down pretending I wasn't visible. The one on the phone kept his head down with hand across his forehead so he COULDN'T see me. I eventually approached one of the other 3 (who was jamming "rags" into a plastic bag), who from embarrassment, HAD to ask if she could help me. I said "not anymore, I'll go somewhere else."
