        Made an appt PortMacquarie. On arrival before completing my first sentence the staff member interrupted me, spoke over me, told me that I was in the wrong place, tried to book a further appt. Had she allowed me to complete my first sentence she may have been able to answer my question & I would have happily continued on with the process. THIS WOMAN IS A DISCRACE. She has NO idea how to speak to people ..or I should say how to LISTEN. I am a full time registered nurse. I am NOT an idiot who should be talked over & made feel like an unwanted fool.
