Dr Peter Johnson

Dr Johnston is fabulous, takes the time to listen, is compassionate and understanding, unfortunately this can not be said about his staff. The receptionist at the Penrith clinic is, well, horrible. She is rude and abrupt and everything (her job) is an effort for her, asking a question about an appointment, heaven forbid comes with a sigh and a huff and an aggressive response. So be prepared before you go in and also, as lovely and amazing as dr Johnston is, you will not go in at your appointment time, expect him to be at least an hour or so late.

While Dr Johnson is a great doctor, his admin staff are horrible. The Receptionist at the Penrith office is rude and midly agressive and makes my elderly mother feel uncomfortable. Furthermore when she tried to call to cancel her appointment today could not get through at all, there isnt even a way to leave a message. My mother has had extreme difficulty getting in touch with the office as the phone is never answered.
