On Monday 24/10/22 I initially came in to get a doctors certificate I fainted and collapsed at the reception desk and ended up hitting my head and getting a mild concussion The way they helped and supported me through the ordeal was amazing The names I dont know but everyone was so calm and reassuring to me and helping me with everything. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness and support Thank you ladies, it doesnt go unnoticed:)

Appalling medical centre. I would give a minus if I could. I went there to see a Dr who also visits another surgery I attend. I was told on the phone he was there from 1:00pm on Fridays and that I couldn't make an appointment. I attended there at 1:00pm to be told by very rude and unprofessional reception staff that he doesn't get there until 3:00pm. I advised reception that I had another appointment and have to leave by 3:45pm. They said I would need to stay and wait in the surgery to remain in the queue and I would be 2nd in line to see him. Dr arrived at 3:00pm and at 3:30pm I asked Reception was I next to be called - they advised that they couldn't tell me, Dr takes all files in and calls in the patients as he wishes (not in order). At 3:45pm Reception could not advise when I'd be called, I had to leave after waiting 2.5hrs without seeing a Dr at all. How can a centre operate like that - it's a joke.

This doctors surgery should be closed down. Do not go there, you would be better off using DR Google and save the 3 hours you will wait in the waiting room. I have now tried 3 doctors at this medical center since February and I still have pneumonia. They now give me a referral for a specialist whos next available appointment is May 2023.
