High Street Family Doctors

Waited almost 2 hours to see Dr Moss with my 1 month old son just to be told Dr Moss does not want to see as my son hasnt been to this doctor before.. watched new clients walk in and see him straight away. Receptionist told me Im better off going to another doctor cause Dr Moss does not want to see us. Pathetic excuse for a Doctor, pure lazy and does not care about the well-being of others. Do not take your child here ever.

This practice used to be good, but now they have changed the way they run it and it lacks consideration and concern for their patients. My Family have been to this practice for over 15years, and we would only go if someone in the family is sick, thats what doctors are for right??? So if we are healthy for over 6 months then we are blacklisted and doctors there refuse to treat us???? My 12 yr old daughter who has been healthy started to have bleeding that is NOT period related, i went there to see a doctor and they told me its a new regulation that if a patient hasnt visited in the last 6 months they wont be seen by a doctor. SERIOUSLY???!!! I have a 12 yr old who i stated is having bleeding and they still wouldnt take her in, she had been healthy therefore never needed to visit the clinic yet thats put us at a disadvantage???? its UNBELIEVABLE. Reading the reviews I see i am not the only patient that this has happened too. The Clinic may be short of doctors but that IS NOT a good enough reason to justify the way they turn away patients who need help. They need to go back to first in first serve and depending on the severity of the patients condition to be seen by doctors. Not oh you havent been here for 6months so it doesnt matter if your internally bleeding we cant see you! This clinic doesnt care for their patients, go and find one that actually does.

Receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I asked to make an appt and they told me it is walk in only. When I asked what the usual wait time is she responded with "do I have a crystal ball?". If this is how the reception are allowed to talk to clients, I can't imagine the rest of the service is very good.

They couldnt accept my baby boy becuase they were short staffed. They have more receptionists than doctors. There were maybe a few patients waiting. Id rather wouldve waited instead of have to drive around looking for a doctor that wouldve accept a walk in. It was most likely the flu, but I hope they take future patients more seriously. Absolute hole. They dont care. Receptionists are terrible.

This place doesnt even deserve 1 star we went there today wanting to see the doctor as their website said no appointment is required and we couldnt get in anywhere last minute. My son was very unwell and the receptionist wouldnt allow us to see the doctor because we were new to the area and needed an appointment.. even tho you could clearly see our baby needed help so stupid and heartbreaking We are now sitting in the emergency department
