Allform Home Additions

We are extremely happy with the results of our new fully enclosed sunroom and awning. Despite the challenges of covid and all the rain, Allform kept us informed of progress and onsite schedules. Everyone we dealt with were courteous, friendly, listened and answered all my questions, explained the work being done and cleaned up the site every day. Phil Catto Manager sent an email to his salesman Barry being disrespectful about me, but unfortunately he clicked 'send to all' and so I received and read the comments about me. I was pretty mortified and still am embarrassed by their discussion of me. One of their Staff, Kareena, had been extremely rude to me previously and shouted at me on the phone. Not a nice thing to happen to anyone. Needless to say we didn't buy our deck thru them. Avoid them as they are ill mannered and unprofessional
