We went to Dr Youssef when our son's skin condition was not getting better from our previous GP. She gave a different diagnosis and medication and our son's skin cleared up finally. She's been our family's GP ever since. :)

I attended Dr Youseff's practice yesterday for a flu jab. The only reason I went there was because I couldn't get the jab elsewhere, earlier and I was keen to get it out of the way. I was appreciative of being booked in promptly, 2 days prior having identified her practice off the internet. I have another long term GP. The practice was busy, with a number of young families there. Sure, I was seen around half an hour after my appointed time but there are signs up alerting patients to possible delays due to more complex patients. I was in no hurry. When I did see Dr Y, she was great. She didn't just process me as a routine jab. She asked some basic questions and took some basic observations as any competent GP should. I have no knowledge of her qualifications and experience, but on on my observations she was fine.
