High Street Dental Penrith

The reception staff and assistants are lovely but I had nothing but trouble with the orthodontist. He was always in a rush so I had to make constant return trips on the same day to get things re-attached. He simply wouldn't listen when I explained that it had come off while I was not eating or while eating mashed potato or just on the drive home. Things that fell off my teeth while I was brushing them was included both retainers which I have now had to pay another dentist to replace. They have been attached now for several months with no further problems. The orthodontist was rude and dismissed my concerns and my questions, didn't listen and I only got answers when I asked his receptionist to intervene. Cannot recommend High Street Dental.

We have been customer since 2017. Have the most peace of mind service from elderly to kids. Treatment options were always explained and needs were always noted. Emergency appointment were fulfilled as much as the practice can. Love the team! Great local dental practice. 5 Stars

Fantastic dental practice. 10/10 for professionalism, knowledge and empathy toward my son who needed urgent treatment. I cannot thank all of the staff enough.

I have found my dentist in Penrith finally!! They we clean , professional , empathic , educated and understanding of my nervous questions. Both the dentist and assistant were patient and at the same time, swift with removing my wisdom tooth. They also didnt try to push products or sales techniques and had a very respective price tag, enough to make you feel your in trusted hands and reasonable enough to leave without feeling ripped off . Im really happy I found this practice . I highly recommend .. and Im in a lot less pain than I expected too..
