I was fitted with Oticon More 1 rechargeable hearing aids in April 2021 by Katie Rahman at Hear Clear Penrith. Having them is a revelation and it has changed my life for the better. I can now hear with clarity and no longer turn-up the television to 73. Thank you to Katie for her expertise and professionalism. Her person-centered approach ,throughout the process of diagnosis and rehabilitation, created a safe environment in which she determined the perfect hearing aid for me. .

Oh thank goodness a friend told me about Katie at Hear Clear in Penrith. My poor Mum who is now 89 yrs old had been having so much difficulty of late with her hearing, even though she has been wearing hearing aids for several years from another provider whose service was very poor. She is now fitted with new hearing Aids...some Oticon model (the MORE 1)...what a difference good hearing aids make ...not only for wearer but for the family too. She has become more engaged in conversations and so happy and just loves that she can hear everyone's voices..say in our family group. My Mum and I are very happy with the service and care that she has been receiving from Katie and her staff at the Hear Clear clinic...they really care and take an interest in the individual's needs. I can't say enough of how grateful we are....especially dear Mum.
