Dr Choong did colonoscopy for my aged mom. We are thrilled with his care and patience. In our first visit, Dr Choong gave us a very detailed and clear explanation and he was extremely thorough during the procedure. He is knowledgeable and experienced. Dr Choong is a very professional, caring and considerate doctor. He takes care of my aged father and myself well. He listens and explains everything clearly and makes his patients feel comfortable. He is the best specialist doctor that I have ever met. I recommend Dr Choong.

Dr Choong is a friendly and professional doctor, but his surgery staff- Receptionist ( Asian lady) is really bad service, I made the booking n wait for half and hour, checked on her she just been so rude n no smile to let me know just wait, need to wait another half an hur, total one hur for the service,but shes really nice to the other patient (Aus lady) , I felt really upset n no help, like been races, no further help n no further customer service, which is not right for that, I dont received any reminder n message for my surgery after one month, if Im wrong u still need to help for other better way, not just do nothing n have a angry face to ur patient. Thats why I cancel my booking, I dont want to face a lady like this for expensive service.

Dr Choong has been my specialist for a few years now and I recently recommended my husband to see Dr Choong. He has been excellent in handling my husband's medical issues.
