        Hours upon hours without water and without updates. Multiple times within 6 months. This is evidently an extremely poorly managed entity.

        After some mishap at Xmas, SW worked very hard and very quickly to restore temp supply to our entire street. Accidental damage to our building's outdoor tap was addressed very smartly by the 'customer advocate'. Lovely to deal with these people .
