My experience with easytel has been pretty rough to say the least. I will give credit to Joanne and the service team they are great and I believe the only reason the company is still running. I only have 2 handset phone and internet so I can only speak to my experience with these products. My phone work 50% of the time but he other 50% its the worst from not being able to hear my customers to the phone not working at all. Our internet also drop out at least once per day and has been very consistent with the failed connection we have had to tether our eftpos and main computer to our personal mobile phones to avoid using the internet. But my biggest concern is the long contract term. I felt it was a red flag when I signed up with them. Because 3 years seemed like a long time but the sales men was good talk me into it against my better judgment. Just be very careful with the contract terms if you sign with easytel. If the product was half as good as the service team I would stay with them forever however the cant wait till my contract is up so I can finally have a phone and internet that works.

Easytel are a fantastic phone service provider! Every time I need assistance with something I receive a response literally within minutes of asking for help, and its always a quick outcome and resolution in a matter of one phone call or a couple of quick emails. Its so great to work with a company that prides themselves on their customer service and that genuinely cares about the quality of service they provide for their clients. Highly recommend Easytel and shoutout to Raymond in particular for being so patient and helpful with every interaction I have with him!

Poor service, lost revenue because of bad customer service and poor customer communication. Which you would expect them to be good at!!
