We recently purchased the Subaru Crosstrek with the help and assistance of Tony Pereira. He has been incredible since day 1 when we visited the dealership in Parramatta. He was very patient in helping us choose the right car for my wife and I and goes the extra mile even in teaching me how to apply for registration here in NSW. Tony is a superb salesman who will make you feel warm and like a family/friend. When the car was on it's way, he kept us up to date sending us updates and photos of the car. We were never left in the dark. Our experience was nothing but positive. Thanks Tony and the entire team at Trivett Subaru Parramatta! You guys are the best.

My wife and I highly recommend Michael Yeung and his team and we have already recommended Michael to our friend who is looking for a car. He was in fact introduced to us by another friend of ours so Michael is known for his good service. Michael is professional and is never pushy. Our whole experience at the dealership was a relaxed and delightful one. We first visited the showroom two months prior to the purchase to gather info for our car-buying decision and Michael was patient, friendly, polite and answered all of our many questions. We put aside the matter for nearly 2 months and then decided to book a test-driving to help us to choose between a Toyota RAV4 or a Subaru Forester. In that second visit, Michael was as patient and helpful as before. At the wheel, we knew that Forester was the one as it gave a very enjoyable driving experience. He patiently gave us time and room to talk about various options while he quietly sat with us and looked up helpful info, feeding in info whenever needed. We were extremely happy when he told us that the model that we picked had one in stock and we needed not wait in a queue which is a norm nowadays! We immediately proceeded with the contract. So an investigative trip became a purchase. Unlike other dealerships when it hit the point of aftermarket product bombarding, we were never talked into buying accessories. Also, Michael was very fair with his advices, trying to get the greatest benefit for us. We also appreciate the help from Harry Bezdikian who worked out the insurance for us. He answered our questions, on the spot and our several phone enquires later, friendly, patiently and helpfully. We were happy with the comprehensive insurance offered from Subaru. To our great joy, Michael delivered the car earlier than he first told us. A two-week wait was shortened to 10 days. On the day of delivery, the showroom was very busy. Michael was delivering 4 cars that day! Although there was another customer right after us to get their car, Michael still made sure everything was smooth and good for us. In fact, the first thing he did when we arrived at the showroom was to take us to our Forester and explained its detail, friendly and patiently, before going into anything about payment or papers. Afterwards when Harry finished all the paperwork with us, Michael returned to take photos for us with our new car. He steered the car into the best position for photographing and took pictures from different angles to make sure we had a good memory of the happy moment. He provides professional and excellent customer service. Parramatta Subaru, Michael and Harry all did a great job. Thumbs up and highly recommended.
