Yesterday we went to get a new rego plate for my car and put existing personalised rego plate on hold, as we are buying a new car and selling this one. At check in desk around 3pm, that Asian look female staff gave us a form to fill up. I asked when can we change this personalised plate back, she kept saying 'one year minimum', and start talking about the process for buying a new car and 'advised' me I need to pay stamp duty within 14 days. That is so irrelevant to my question. And then telling us we can get the plate back anytime... So what does 'one year minimum' mean?! When I asked again, she looked so impatient and asked my husband to explain to me. She must think I don’t understand her English…. In fact I am an senior engineer and just asking a simple question with common sense. Obviously, she needs to get more training for the basic knowledge required for this job. I finally figured out by myself, we need to pay the holding cost for one year minimum, but I can get it back anytime. I am happy with the staff who processed for us later.

The lady at counter number 7 is a life saver. I forgot to get her name but she helped me, and try different ways just to get me a working with children check. This lady is really awesome. I would like to give her a best feedback. She did a great job.

I've been waiting for 2 months to receive a refund for a cancelled knowledge test and I came today to learn that it wasn't issued yet despite the fact they told me it's just gonna take 2 weeks! And I don't know why they insist on sending it in cheque while there's something called bank account.
