Most painful experience! Was given the wrong form to start off with, then I was given the correct form to then be charged $195 all because I put a hyphen in where I shouldnt have. (Yes, my fault. But $195) Was told it could take up to 6 weeks. My card declined all because of a fee of 78cents but was told theyre only trying to take $195. So on the 6th week the issue was resolved all because they couldnt take 5 minutes out of their day earlier & now I have to wait another 5-10 business days to receive my daughters new birth certificate. OH & even though I called to update my email, they still managed to try & communicate with me via my old email instead of calling me.

Question - What is different from attending a Marriage to other business - Not allowed in why? - Does Covid recognize the difference. Government is to serve the people???

I understand that they probably had to close for COVID but it's 2022 now and they have the office closed. Aren't they vaccinated? Have been told that I have to wait up to 2 weeks for birth certificate. I was born in bloody Sydney, it shouldn't be this difficult. 20, 30 years ago you could get one in a day. Really bad service unfortunately. Cmon guys surely you can do better.
