Unprofessionalism of the highest order. As someone pointed out in one of the reviews, they treat their tenants as if they have zero time for them. I get 1-2 replies for every 10 emails I send, lacking basic email etiquette. I have never seen anyone respond to emails in "CAPITALS", because of this I had to respond back in Capitals. Can someone teach these agents basic courtesy and email etiquettes please? Terrible experience. I would never recommend Revelop Real Estate to anyone.

Maria, the real estate agent is really friendly and kind. She will normally replies back ASAP when possible. The Revelop admin staffs are always helpful and will answer all quires.

This is going back to 2017 but Maria Tran ignored every attempt I made to contact her in the weeks leading up to my rental agreement ending, only to turn around and say that because I didn't contact her that they needed to keep my $500 security deposit. I was a struggling student at the time and Maria's lack of responsibility or professionalism put me under a lot of unnecessary strain. 5 years is a long time to leave a review but if I can stop one renter from getting exploited by this company's shady practices, I can sleep a lot better at night.
