        One of the nurses I think called Erica that I dealt with is very rude. I complained at reception and assigned me another nurse. She needs to learn how to do the most basic part of her job which is dealing with patients. The D&A test is absolute non sense with a person in the room with you while doing urine sample. I have done this test elsewhere and whilst they made sure pockets are empty etc they gave privacy to to the test. After doing the test they also ask you to stay in the toilet while they pick the samples. All process seems to have not thought through.

        The worst I have ever been to they book u at 10 n see u at 12 n then still they have u wait for all day the wost of all I would rate this one a big 0000 if u put 0 they won't let u put it on that's y

        The most embarrassing experience. Need to do D&A test due to the work requirement. Never thought that you cant close the toilet door while getting the urine, you are not allowed to flush it after finishing and the nurse need to stand beside you for the whole timeThe nurse just said you cant do this, cant do that without any explanation.
