Do not use this business. Complete rip off and poor service. We could barely communicate with the movers - they had to use a translator on their phone when we were asking about the final charges. they deliberately stretched out the move to be 9.5 hours - we did ALOT of the heavy lifting, in fact my partner helped them lift this extremely heavy pot and they STILL charged us a heavy item fee. They seemed to slow down significantly and deliberately stretch out the move to 5:30pm. They seemed resentful that there were stairs even though I took a photo and sent it ahead of time and was assured it was all fine. They shrink wrapped some furniture and not others even when I said no shrink wrap because I didnt want to pay the $150 fee (oh and the shrink wrap did nothing to stop damage by the way and they dragged stuff on the ground causing scratching and mud to get on our things). They put all the boxes in the wrong rooms even though they were labeled bathroom, kitchen, bedroom etc And on top of all that.We bought them a coffee in the morning (trying to be nice) and one left the empty coffee cup in our old place for us to clean up. They used our toilet and left urine on the seat and mid way through the move when there were boxes everywhere (and still coming up) one asked for a glass so they could have a drink of waterI had to rummage around trying to find the right box and then unwrap things to find him a glass. The last thing you need to worry about when youre moving. We were absolutely wrecked after the move and were still charged $1450!!! Total rip off. Will not be using again. Oh and one of the agents called me afterwards for feedbackI told her all of the above and she said she would escalate it to her supervisor and never got back to me. So customer experience is pretty low on the priority list especially once they have your money. Disappointing.

They say they under quoted by $700. (They quoted $1,801, it went to $2,500). They turned up on time, they were polite. They took their time, they left Baulkham Hills at 11am, I left at 11.30am. I caught up to them at Heatherbrae, (155 kms) they were turning into Maccas. Ok! So they were no longer taking their time. There was bad weather on the way up. Still 143 kms to go. I arrived in Forster, went to the Real Estate to pick up keys, stopped & got fish & chips, found the address & I was here an hour before them. A person from the Company called me, they had already been paid $1,801. She told me that it came to $2,500 & something. I asked how she could possibly justify that, she said because it took longer. I asked if she had taken into account that they stopped at Heatherbrae. Knew nothing about that. I told her that they must have been there for an hour, to be an hour behind me from there. Thats the travelling part. All of my boxes were labelled kitchen, fragile etc. all went in the kitchen. 2 Handles broken off my TV cabinet, nothing done about them, nothing said. A part of my fridge door handle broken off. Same thing, nothing done about it, nothing said. They left the bolts for my bed & 2 uprights for the dressing table mirror behind, luckily I saw them & took them with me. The Company has the gall to charge me $700 above the quote. Ill charge them for my fridge & TV cabinet Never again!!!
