I have had 3 services there, to summarise my experience as below: 1. I had changed the oil my self and needed assistance to remove code and other small jobs, I was told by Deep that he did not want to do the job as there was no money in it, which I think was inappropriate and unprofessional. 2. My second service, I had a few issues with the bike and I was happy to have everything fixed and pay a little extra. Upon pick up of my bike , the light was left on and the battery was dead. I needed to clutch start the bike to leave. 3. My 3rd service was not requested, I had asked only for the left hand mirror and a tail tidy to be installed, as supplied by me. And also to check the horn if it was working properly. Upon pickup I was charged $445, inclusive of a service which was never requested or approved. I was told by Deep that this was on the job card, I had never requested a service as one was recently completed by Bike Biz not even two months prior. As per my experience from Service number 1 "there is no money in this job" this appears all a little too convenient. I would strongly recommend not going to Bikebiz to service your bike unless you are happy to be served by staff members who appear to be under the impression that customers have have money to throw away. Service cost = 3 times the total of my car service. Never again. I have had a similar experience at BikeBiz Granville, seems to be the nature of the company. Will stay away where I can.
