Personally, I have worked in many situations with a solicitor on a settlement of a property. However that is due to my profession as a mortgage broker. This time around was personal as I dealt with a solicitor on my own property purchase settlement, from when the loan was approved to settlement, and to when the post settlement follow up was done by our solicitor Amra from ATP Legal. Amra looked after us in terms of dealing with the vendor, vendors real estate agent, vendors strata managers and the lender who we got the funds from, all in timely and professional manner making this a seamless and smooth transition. ATP among many other things they do as solicitors are absolutely fantastic in taking care of property purchase and settlements. Amra is friendly, yet sharp and professional, caring and kind in what she does and I would not hesitate to use her services one bit. Highly recommended! Thank you Amra!

Amra and ATP Legal were brilliant in helping us with our property purchase. Amra tour guided us through the nitty gritty and high-level stuff ensuring we know exactly what to expect. ATP Legal helped me with the conveyancing for my house sale in October-December 2020. I highly commend and recommend Amra, she is professional, super efficient, a great operator, friendly and really easy to deal with. We had a large number of responses for my property and Amra dealt promptly to every request with professionalism and ease, having Amra by my side at every step made my house sale alot smoother! ATP legal, helped my partner and I with our land settlement. We had a bit of a complicated land contract to deal with, however, Amra, went above and beyond her role,to look out for our best interest at the same time gettin the job done. Thanks heaps Amra. Highly recommend!
