Audi Centre Parramatta Service

Minor service and two tyres. Bolts missing and loose from splash guard subsequently led to it coming off while on the highway and the two new tyres were underinflated. I emailed them, had a missed call that they would try me again later... nothing since. I've had to repair the damage myself. Edit: Mark reached out then sorted the issue and showed genuine care for the inconvenience. I appreciate and respect that sort of humility. I will continue to support locals who care about what they do and remedy mistakes. Will return.

I been servicing my car there from the time I purchased it. I find it painful taking my car there for many reasons, waiting and waiting to hand the keys to a rep, this is so frustrating. I have another car I service at my local the service experience is smooth easy I'm in and out always offered a car or a lift. But at audi it's a struggle from the moment you book the car.
