        Sharing my family's bitter experience of dishonesty & lie during my son's recent purchase. Store manager denied the refund which was promised at the time of sale. My request to store owner is to review video recordings between my son & store manager to confirm truth. Our money was not refunded, we left the 120 dollar purchased item in the store as I wanted my son to know that we have to always stand for truth.

        Feeling Very disappointed and defeated. I purchased a gift for my mother, store manager Evonne said that I would be able to refund if my mother does not like it. Today I went there for a refund due to quality but store manager refused. My advice is to stay away from the shop, our experience was quite bitter, first time in my life I have experienced pure professional dishonesty and lie.
