        My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the classic ramen noodle soup at Umaya World Square and was very excited when we realised that there's another Umaya restaurant in our local area of Parramatta. Unfortunately, to our disappointment the menu was very limited and we could not get what we really came for. (Spicy beef ramen and classic tonkutsu ramen). We decided to give chicken katsu ramen and chicken and mushroom ramen a go, however, the flavouring of the soup was a little on the salty side, noodle texture was a tad overcooked which had left a bad taste. Not as authentic as it should be. Definitely was a let down because the bowl was still half full. :(
