        just dont deal with them at all. been a customer for 3 years with them and they happily took my money... Now i got in accident which not even my fault, they dont want to fix the whole damages since its too many parts to replace. they talk like they are the boss. worst customer service. the fault party already got their car fixed by NRMA and yet my car still sitting for 2 weeks and yet no response from the smash repair then it turned out that the smash repairer did not even order the parts yet. seriously dont go for these scammers even after i told them ill sue you, the lady goes to me: you go ahead you are more than welcome. so they dont fight for you to get your car fixed from the other party they just put the blame on you. Can not say it enough... do not go for these scammers.

        Worst car insurance ever trying to cancel my policy and have been on hold for over 80 minutes and they keep transferring me through to there wrong departments so I get put on hold again IDIOTS

        There was a car accident in front of my house in September 2022. One of vehicle involved in the accident damaged my front garden. Car owner had policy with QBE Third Party. She gave me claim number and her details. I contacted litigation team and so far it is still pending issue. I haven't heard anything from them since February
