If you are not well off they wont help exactly same criteria as a bank and at least a bank does not charge a joining fee.Probably better off with a bank. I was trying to borrow 4k so I did not have to sell my car that my sick wife needs to buy a house so not to be homeless, care factor zero, soooo islamic not. Update Bank better

Very professional staff and they work hard to solve your issues, a real hope for muslims in Australia to provide you house in real Halal way without any doubt, No banking involved, so no Riba at all. Disgusting and hypocritical. They claim to treat clients better than conventional banking, practicing islamic, humane practices, I have seen nothing but inhumanity and greed. They are happy to throw out a young family from their home during a time of hardship, and not willing to compromise on a solution. They clearly outlined in writing, their priority is money and don't want to listen to any resolutions while throwing a family out on the streets. I kinda wonder how they themselves get their money WITHOUT INTEREST and their creative terminology used. I would NEVER recommend these people to my worst enemy. I would NEVER trust my family with these lenders, and would rather go conventional banking where humanity is far more prevalent in how hardships are handled.
