        There is a girl and got to know that she is store manager unfortunately. She is very rude and no attitude to help the customers. She measured the power wrongly and very confident on her measuring. I reconn with eye specialist on the same day and found her measuring was wrong. We went for spects for my son. DIdn't help at all in finding the size for him. I requested to try other branches atleast but no try. Bad experience. I am one of the NIB customer and didn't expect this

        Staff at the Eyecare reception was not professional, while one of the staff was checking nib plan details this other staff interrupted rudely to use the eftpos machine, very rude staff
