        Very unprofessional staff and computers with frequent technical issues. not recommended

        Female staff were extremely rude. Wouldnt let me use the bathroom before the test despite arriving 30 mins early. The computers are old and the headphones are not noise cancelling. I could hear the person next to me yelling into their microphone during my test. I missed two of the repeat speaking sentences because I could not hear properly and answer correctly. Also they stuffed up my passport details so I am now waiting over a week for my results. Do not recommend.
